The Rent Ready program offers you a chance to partner with HOMELINE REDEVELOPMENT LLC and its partners to Build, Rehab, and Manage a rental portfolio together in the Indiana rental markets. “Indianapolis, Carmel, Fishers, Greenwood, Avon, Speedway, Noblesville, Fortville, Greenfield, New Castle, Richmond”

You will directly work passively with me and my whole team at HOMELINE REDEVELOPMENT LLC to purchase deeply discounted properties to rehab, rent out and sometimes refinance. We will then rehab the property to bring the value up to above market rates so we can refinance the cash back out and repeat. We work with Section 8, and other state programs to get tenants lined up for our properties, we also have independent options as well if you choose to opt out of Section 8.

We have some partners that are not interested in the section 8 program and that is ok as well. We will then manage the properties with HOMELINE REDEVELOPMENT LLC partners we have worked out great property management fees for the whole portfolio that won’t change unless all are voted upon. That means we will take care of the whole rental process as well, applications, screenings, placing, and turnovers when the tenant vacates the premises you will experience a no hands-on touch approach to real estate investing along with all the perks real estate investing has to offer.
